Submission Guidelines
We invite the submission of full research papers, abstracts, case studies, and proposals for panel discussions on the above-mentioned topics. Please adhere to the following submission requirements:

Abstract Submission
Authors must submit an abstract of no more than 300 words, outlining the objectives, methodology, and findings of their research.

Full Paper Submission
Full papers should not exceed 8,000 words (including references) and must follow the standard academic formatting guidelines (APA, MLA, IEEE etc.).

Poster Presentations
For those interested in presenting posters, abstracts must be submitted for review.

Panel Proposals
Proposals for panel discussions should include a 500-word overview and a list of potential panelists.
All submissions must be in English.

Presentation Types
We welcome a variety of presentation formats, giving participants flexibility in how they wish to present their research and ideas.

• Physical Posters: Poster presentations allow for visual displays of your research. Presenters will have designated time slots to stand by their posters and interact with conference attendees during poster sessions.
• Virtual Posters If you are unable to attend in person, you may submit an e-poster (a digital version of your poster), which will be displayed online for virtual attendees. You will also be provided an opportunity to present your work virtually during a specific time slot. -
• For participants unable to present live (due to time zone or other constraints), we also accept pre-recorded video presentations. These presentations will be streamed during the conference, and viewers will have the opportunity to interact with presenters through a virtual Q&A session afterward.

Peer Review and Conference Proceedings
We are pleased to announce that all accepted papers and abstracts for presentation at the Tokyo Tech Summit 2025: Innovations in Engineering and Emerging Technologies (TTS) will undergo a Blind Peer Review process. Following this, accepted submissions will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be available in soft form and assigned an ISBN.
