Submission Guidelines

We invite the submission of full research papers, abstracts, case studies, and proposals for panel discussions on the above-mentioned topics. Please adhere to the following submission requirements:

  • Abstract Submission

    Authors must submit an abstract of no more than 300 words, outlining the objectives, methodology, and findings of their research.

  • Full Paper Submission

    Full papers should not exceed 8,000 words (including references) and must follow the standard academic formatting guidelines (APA, MLA, IEEE etc.).

  • Poster Presentations

    For those interested in presenting posters, abstracts must be submitted for review.

  • Panel Proposals

    Proposals for panel discussions should include a 500-word overview and a list of potential panelists.
    All submissions must be in English.

Presentation Types
We welcome a variety of presentation formats, giving participants flexibility in how they wish to present their research and ideas.
  • • In-person Oral Presentations: Present your research in front of an audience during one of our thematic sessions. Each presenter will be given 15-20 minutes for the presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
    • Virtual Oral Presentations: For those unable to attend in person, virtual oral presentations will allow participants to present their work via live video conferencing tools. Virtual presenters will have the same 15-20 minute time slot with a 5-minute Q&A.

  • • Physical Posters: Poster presentations allow for visual displays of your research. Presenters will have designated time slots to stand by their posters and interact with conference attendees during poster sessions.
    • Virtual Posters If you are unable to attend in person, you may submit an e-poster (a digital version of your poster), which will be displayed online for virtual attendees. You will also be provided an opportunity to present your work virtually during a specific time slot.

  • • For participants unable to present live (due to time zone or other constraints), we also accept pre-recorded video presentations. These presentations will be streamed during the conference, and viewers will have the opportunity to interact with presenters through a virtual Q&A session afterward.

Given to the participant with the most engaging and clear presentation, considering delivery, content, and audience interaction.

Recognizes the best contribution from a young scholar or early-career researcher under a certain age or within a specified number of years since completing their degree.

For participants presenting a poster, this award acknowledges the most visually appealing and well-presented poster, combined with clear explanation of the research.

Recognizes participants who present groundbreaking research or innovative solutions in their respective fields.

Day 02 The schedule for Day 02 will be contingent upon the number of registrations received. Should we achieve a substantial level of participation, we will conduct the conference on the second day, adhering to the same schedule as Day 1. Conversely, if registrations do not meet our expectations, the second day will be free from our side.

Peer Review and Conference Proceedings
We are pleased to announce that all accepted papers and abstracts for presentation at the International Summit: Business Technology, Economics, and Engineering Advances (BTEEA) will undergo a Blind Peer Review process. Following this, accepted submissions will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be available in soft form and assigned an ISBN.

Blind Peer Review

All submissions accepted for presentation will be rigorously evaluated through a blind peer review process to ensure academic integrity and quality.

Conference Proceedings

Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings.

ISBN Assignment

The proceedings will be assigned an ISBN for proper citation and recognition.

Soft Copy Availability

The published proceedings will be accessible in soft form for all participants and the broader academic community.
