For participants who are unable to attend the conference in person, a virtual presentation option is available. Please note that the fee for virtual presentations will differ from the in-person registration fee.

Accepted papers can be shifted to future events with one week’s notice, but registration fees are non- refundable.

After successful presentation, the review committee decides on publication based on relevance, originality, and quality. Timelines vary depending on journals.

Normally it takes 3-6 months after the conference depending on journal’s policy and depending on the author’s response time on given comments by the reviewers.

Once published, you cannot withdraw your article.

To exclude your abstract/ paper from proceedings, inform the secretariat at least two weeks before the conference. Failure to do so gives the secretariat the right to include your paper.
