  • You have the option to participate in our conference either as a presenter or as an attendee (observer). Presenters can choose to present papers, posters, or both.

  • Authors typically submit manuscripts in abstract or full paper form, preferably in English. Abstracts for poster presentations are also accepted.

  • Submit your manuscript online through the conference homepage. In case of submission issues, use the conference’s provided email address.

  • Find submission guidelines on the homepage of your chosen conference.

  • Main tracks include Business, Management and Economic Studies; Health and Medicine Studies; Engineering & Technology Studies; Social Sciences & Humanities; Physical Life and Applied Sciences; Regional and Religious Studies; and Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary Studies.

  • We only accept manuscripts in MS Word format.

  • Review processes typically take 3 to 7 days, depending on reviewer responses.

  • Detailed reviewer’s reports accompany acceptance/rejection letters.

  • Yes, you can enhance your manuscript based on reviewer comments and resubmit.

  • Receive an official ID, an acceptance letter, and account details for registration fee payment.

  • Find registration fee details on the conference homepage.

  • The conference fee covers conference material, program, bag, certificate, lunch, coffee breaks, conference proceeding USB, and abstract book.

  • Free of cost publication in associated journals of our conference. These journals are Google Scholar indexed and peer reviewed.

  • The conference fee is non-refundable.

  • For participants who are unable to attend the conference in person, a virtual presentation option is available. Please note that the fee for virtual presentations will differ from the in-person registration fee.

  • Accepted papers can be shifted to future events with one week’s notice, but registration fees are non- refundable.

  • After successful presentation, the review committee decides on publication based on relevance, originality, and quality. Timelines vary depending on journals.

  • Normally it takes 3-6 months after the conference depending on journal’s policy and depending on the author’s response time on given comments by the reviewers.

  • Once published, you cannot withdraw your article.

  • To exclude your abstract/ paper from proceedings, inform the secretariat at least two weeks before the conference. Failure to do so gives the secretariat the right to include your paper.
